Mat Hoffman Mat Hoffman is a famous BMX freestyle rider. He has invented a lot of the vert tricks today. He is the only person to do a full 900 in competition. He also invented the flip fakie (back flip landing backwards) and the flare (backflip with a 180 degree turn).

Dave Mirra started inventing stunts when he was a kid, which gave him the nickname 'miracle boy.' He won 8 gold medals at the X games between 1997 and 2000. Dave Mirra was the first rider to do a double backflip in competition.
MIke Aitken
Mike Aitken is known for his super unique tricks like the wallride 180. Mike Aitken also invented the manual to a fastplant 180. He is famous for making basic tricks look cool.
