There are many parts of a BMX bike. Each one is needed to BMX. Most of them are able to be changed. The first and one of the most important parts is the sprocket. The sprocket is needed to move the back wheel when you peddle along with the crank and chain. The pedal is where you put your feet when your riding your bike. The frame is the main part of the bike, and probably the most important. The saddle or seat is to let you sit while your riding. The seat post is what hold the seat up. The seat clamp lets you adjust how high or low you want your seat. The handlebars are the part of the bike your grasping while riding. The grips help you grip the handle bars while your riding. The rear brake slows down the back tire when you squeeze it. The front brake is not common on a BMX bike, but it slows down the front tire. The tire is what rolls when you peddle which makes the bike go. The hub is what holds the tire to the frame. The cog is like a mini sprocket on which the chain attaches to. The rims are what the brake clamps on to slow the bike. The headset is what lets you rotate the handlebars. The fork is what hold the front wheel. The stem is what connects the handlebars to the wheel and frame which lets you turn the front wheel. The brake cable is what transfers the wire that connects to the back brake. Lastly, the spokes are what holds the rim to the hub. I hope this helped you understand the parts of a bike.
